Located in Excelsior Springs Missouri, Pairings by Van Till serves sandwiches, small bites, and Charcuterie boards with a variety of Charcuterie choices, cheese, vegetables, and desserts paired exclusively with wine from Van Till Family Farm Winery.
Private Events
We have event space available on our J.C Penny Mezzanine for larger groups, or the Brunke Mezzanine for smaller more intimate groups. We can offer food and wine options for groups up to 50 in size. We also offer packages that include event spaces at the winery in Rayville.
Charcuterie - shär-ˌkü-tə-ˈrē
The word charcuterie originated in France, and it translates to "pork-butcher shop." While the original French translation refers to pork, many modern charcuterie boards include other types of food like pate, cheese, crackers, fruit, nuts, and dips. We love the many different ways you can mix and match different foods and wine to explore new flavor combinations.
